Um, Wouldn't turning your hand upsidedown make it looks like you have a second left hand? Because it looks like her right arm is turned down. It's physically impossible to turn it perfectly but this is a picture

Two left hands is most certainly not an "enormous anatomy mistake". This is a minor error and actually something that appears fairly frequently in art.
Also this is not a valid flag reason. There are lots of post by taka tony with very similar errors and no one in his right mind will flag them just because of that.

It's not just the two left hands. The position of her right arm should be impossible. Her right leg is too far into the foreground, same as her right arm. Shading is iffy, at least not good enough for Expert Shading.

Ah, everyone is talking about if it is actually a mistake or not. Why don't you hold a TV remove or something in your hand and try to make the same hand pose she made w/ your right hand, and tell someone to take a picture of that. IF THAT doesn't help you see what the problem is w/ this picture, then I'm sorry...

It's not just her hand, her facial expression is like a half man-half woman type. Very disturbing. Ivy is an old woman w/ hot body and not so old looking figure. This picture is so weird.
