Well it might be nitpicking but actually her powers have pretty much nothing to do with the way "uranium power" works. Her power is nuclear fusion not fission so it is way more likely that the bullets were filled with hydrogen.

She does, actually. From her profile in Subterranean Animism:
" On her left foot is the "Foot of fission"; On her right foot is the "Foot of fusion"; Finally, on her right arm is the "Third Leg" which controls it.
Using these three legs, it's said she can control the ultimate energy."
As well as:
"The ultimate power the yatagarasu possessed was the power to split and fuse atoms."
Seems pretty clear from that that she controls both fusion and fission.
