Regarding flagging,

I don't think the owner of the pixiv account this image was posted from is lasterk. I think sylph/olin429 is a different artist, who used to work with lasterk in the past, and is working with dean this time.

So I think http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=23681048 is a reprint of http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=23481516 to announce the collaboration between sylph and dean at C81. If so this post has no reason to be flagged.

Regardless, the significantly lower resolution and image quality doesn't compare to the parent, so it's not necessary to keep this image on Danbooru, in my opinion. Up to the janitors, though.
