When you kill an enemy in multiplayer, you get that player's dog tag. Dog tags are customizable and show off what you've done sort of like callsigns in Call of Duty.

You don't have to behind someone to do a takedown, you can do it from the front but its more buggy and the obvious element of being in the same direction that the enemy is pointing his gun at.
