I think you're right, although Satori's cyan-colored eyes make it quite confusing, as they usually fit Koishi's.

It's dual persona. Since the title is "Past and Present" so I guess the sealing of the eye changed the color of its veins

Makes sense, assuming that the "Two Fridas" painting has red veins in both women.

Satori is supposed to have six cords coming out of her eye compared to Koishi's two. It's quite probably not Satori. It's been confirmed above anyway, but as a minor detail.

No Satori in pixiv tags as well.
