After the resulting mass food poisoning of the student body, it was agreed upon by the Student Council of the NOL Military Academy that under no circumstances that Student Noel Vermilion would be allowed anywhere near the kitchen or allow any of her food to be served to anyone besides Vermilion herself, ever. Student Vermilion objected to this decree, saying that merely the entire student body got sick just BEFORE they tried her "Swiss Chocolate with Peppers and Onions Surprise". Regardless, the verdict passed and Vermilion was barred from the kitchen for the rest of her stay in the Academy.
