Yes, obviously this is a scanlation. Which means its acceptability on Danbooru is dubious. The Imizu doujinshi about Youmu vs Reisen was flagged for being a Chinese translation as well. Well, the ultimate reason for its deletion was the fact that there were original raws available, unlike this one, but uploading any non-raw doujinshi is discouraged at best.

If there are no raws, then something is better than nothing.
