There was a second page to this that showed fuselage and tail markings for a pair of individual witch's strikers as well as a striker painted in an aggressor scheme, but it wasn't approved.
It's interesting that these F-15 based Strikers can carry Sparrows on the wing pylons. According to the following website, the Sidewinder stations on those pylons were capable of mounting Sparrows but the capability was rarely used in practice. I do not know how accurate that claim is.
The Sidewinder stations can definitely mount AMRAAMs however. In fact the USAF F-15s that carried AMRAAMs late in the Gulf War carried them on their inner Sidewinder stations.
The F-15E Strike Eagle is a different beast from the A/B/C/D models. While the A/B/C/D models could carry bombs on their underwing pylons they were primarily air to air machines (and I have doubts that the Japanese F-15s originally had air to ground capability at all).
