1. Install Greasemonkey add-on.

2. Follow the link here to get the Danbooru-specific Greasemonkey translation script.

(There's apparently a bookmarklet for the purpose too, but I haven't tried it yet myself.)

3. Load up an image that needs translation or refresh the screen/tab already displaying one. You should see the option for "Toggle translation mode" now available along the left side of the screen. Everything else should be fairly self-explanatory.
