Privileged users can, I've done so myself a few times. I don't know if the normal member level gives you permissions to do so, though I really don't see why it wouldn't.

Oh wow, many thanks for uploading the continuation of this series; I've been thinking the artist had stopped with it, now that's some good news and I am trully greatful. But is the artist continuing the story or are those old pages or even did the artist finish the doujinshi and nobody could upload it?
