Actually there's two versions of this anime, where "La Verite" seems to be a remake of "TV" (the second one), since it has better quality. I don't remember which one it is though...
I used to have this series on my drive, I think both versions actually. I ended up deleting them though, but I know this scene happened because she was the target of obtaining a disguise. It Was either because of the rich bitch girl, the otaku maido, or the ganguro lesbo that did it for some kind of infiltration purpose. Yeah, that was horrible, the only names I remember are Cynthia/Grace, Tomoe (? not even sure) and thats about it. DX
This is from La Verite version, I can just tell mainly because of the sharp style. If my memory serves me right, this happens somewhere in the early episodes. Too bad it is a short series though, I was liking them harem setting a lot. lol
