    霊夢の綱渡り

    地下室的な所で霊夢と二人っきりで長い廊下にピンと張った縄の上に全裸で目隠し拘束された霊夢を跨らせて縄がアソコの中に入り込むようにする器具を取り付けて何度も何度も行ったり来たりさせて縄目が霊夢の中でこすれまくってぐちょぐちょになっていくのを霊夢の横でじっくり眺めながら霊夢の背中を優しく押して無理やり歩かせたいです！！

    My guess would be that it feeds the rope in one end, goes out then back into the top with an upside-down U shape, then out the other side. A "bump" to stimulate, I suppose. Though a knot would be easier.
