That's not entirely true on Pixiv there is this tag 東方DMC which appears to be a combination of 東方 the tag for touhou in japanese and devil may cry DMC for short.
Although crossover might not fit in with lack of touhou characters but the flower field of sunflowers which likely could be the garden of the sun where kazami yuuka resides.
Note that next to 東方DMC the box is white with a ?, meaning that somebody other than the artist added that tag. The artist himself did not tag with that.
Danbooru has a policy of tagging only what you see.

That only means that there is no such record on pixpedia. The artist's tags are marked with *. This post has none of a kind though, all the tags were added by other users, just like you said.

just because Its a sunflowers garden doesn't mean it belonged to yuuka and related to Touhou

dont you tell me not to be "so anal" about the tags because thats how Danbooru works. And personally, those tags helped me ALOT. If you tag, tag responsibly. Dont tag because you "feel like tagging it"
