It's a device used to clean your arse and or private parts. Pretty useful if you suffer from hemorrhoids, since the water doesn't cause friction (Unlike toilet paper).

But what does the definition had to do with this image? I don't see the connection here since the image mention bedit, bidet or whatever so I need to take a break from this confusion and maybe explain it to me anyone?
