Why is the magic tag being used here? I thought Misaka is a psychic? =X

I do get the Dragon Ball and Kamehameha tags, but, to me, this looks a lot more like Ryu powering up a Denjin Hadouken.

When Goku powers up a Kamehameha, it gathers in his hands as a ball of energy. When Ryu builds up a Denjin (electric) Hadouken, or a normal one in some of the movies, it comes with a ton of lightning.

So, maybe, the tags should be changed from Dragon Ball and Kamehameha, to Street Fighter and Hadouken.
