The only way to be even more more clear that they're the same person is if this nichibros series also features explosive clothing damage or the stench of bitches. Further research is necessary.
Since everyone in Danbooru thinks Yamauchi is Bomber Grape, I spent a whole night skimming through the latter's posts to check for similarities. While I can't say much about storytelling, Lit girl looks like a clone of BG's Kaguya... and her crush Hidenori looks like Rinnosuke as well.
