Still, it wouldn't be entirely false seeing as Suda 51 always puts a western influence in his games. And I'm glad to see that someone notices the competition between these two games to make fanart of it.

Actually it's more like that most of his creations are made for worldwide customes just like many other great japanese games that are influenced from western culture (Metroid is the best example for me).
