EVERYTHING in this universe has awesome bed skills. Including the homicidal spiders. And, really, every personified critter that you'd rather throw a book at than let live 5 seconds more.
I find this mamano to be very troublesome at running away from; how can you run from something that's got more legs than a party of four and can zip through terrain/obstacles with quick ease?

She's dripping with some kind of liquid. I'm gonna say it causes paralysis. Good luck running or fighting when you can't move, I'm guessing this type is real good at stalking too.

Having more legs does not make you faster. In fact, it's very inefficient to be a large creature with more than four legs. Look how short her stride is. She'd probably come after you at the speed of a toddle.
Some japanese lore dictates that centipedes have an 'eternal hunger' and are always growing in size as they constantly eat everything they can. If you cram that kind of a diet down to just semen...even if she's the nicest mamono in Zipangu that hunger will be one helluvva problem. Really kind of hoping, for the sake of any poor adventurers in that world, that I am wrong and she doesn't have that kind of a hunger...

That's not paying attention - adding more legs onto an existing creature does not make it faster, it just makes it hard to keep all your legs marching in order.
Her pace is only as fast as the fastest speed of the slowest of those short, chubby, clumsy, inflexibly-exoskeleton-jointed legs she has.
Actually centipedes are noted for their speed and agility. She likely has similar speed and agility. The fact that she is much larger than a real centipede won't change things, given fantasy creatures don't usually follow any rules like that.
okay if you like nagas/lamia and you like arachne then just think of this one as a combination between the two. Does that help anyone? P.S. I actually like this one but maybe that will change when they translate it cause I can't read any Japanese.

Have you ever seen a centipede run before? They'd starve to death if they weren't as fast as they are.
