Yuuka and Komachi? That's an odd pairing...

It's not a crossover, they're from the same series...

He's done this pairing before, but not with Yuuka as the aggressor.

Mattari seems to jump around a lot with Komachi x Yuuka. Sometimes Komachi acts reluctant to Yuuka's advances while other she seems to enjoy Yuuka's company while the latter don't know what to make of herself.

If Komachi sleep through her job Gensokyo will become all flowery so it's in Yuuka interest to keep Komachi ... Occupied

Hardly unlikely. Both have a signature flower, they both appear in the same game (to my knowledge one after the other), and they're cute.
