I don't understand why the word "Kill"is above and "Curse"Below when typing it. What's the meaning to do this?
Japanese kanji has often multiple readings, so they have furigana, ie. a pronunciation guide written in hiragana, put on top of the problematic character. Many authors abuse the fuck outta that by putting a different word as reading, either making it a "said X but actually meant Y" kind of thing or just stylistic effect (like how FSN has a "title" for a Noble Phantasm in kanji and the actual spoken name in furigana.).
(Yes I know this was a year ago)
Hey, you! If you stare too much at Nitori, I'm going to curse (and by curse, I mean kill) you!
