I'm not sure what it is but something about this image just creeps me out.
-4 years later and I'm sure you've long figured it out-
It's the many facets of Koakuma. A fighting Koakuma, a sharp/wise Koakuma, a Mad-Hatter (Crazy, I think) Koa, an Obsessive Koakuma, and a Motherly Koa.
Not sure 'bout that first one. A easily surprised/jumpy, "Courage the Cowardly Dog"-type?
