Not flash, but it exists and is called Marble Drop. Doubt you can still get it but I imagine there are similar things out there.

After watching for about ten minutes, I think I found a start point and an endpoint: the red laser in the upper left and the box next to the shredder in the bottom far right, where one dot is precessed into two.
Other than that I think they all loop, but I can't count them because some diverge at a few points.
What a life I have, huh?
