What's with the sudden influx of people flagging images still in the mod queue? It's been happening a ton all of a sudden.
It isn't a rule that's immediately intuitively obvious, and it is physically impossible to get people to read the manual or web-based manual equivalent before jumping in, with the consequence that the only way people can and will ever learn it is frowned upon is by doing so and being chastised, or witnessing people being chastised for it. Ergo, logically, an increase in flagging while still in the mod queue means that there is an increase in the number of people who are either new or have never tried it before but see something they disagree with.
The change to the system's not really relevant, particularly since the main problem with the system now is the fact that even moderators can't see flaggers.
Harold's got a point, it's pretty hard to even find the rule that says not to flag unapproved posts. With that in mind giving records is like merely collecting water from a leaky faucet and not repairing the faucet itself.
Eh, well. Worst case, just save it to your computer before it gets deleted. Maybe someone will upload it another time in the future, and get it passed.

That's not what they're worried about, and you're showing that you haven't read the rules since you don't realize that once a post is deleted it shouldn't ever be re-uploaded
