Misleading Thumbnail?

I like to think she doesn't realize she's doing it and thinks she's giving Kogasa a nice hug.

Given there is a stress vein on Sanae's arm and Kogasa is tapping said arm like someone tapping out while locked in a submission hold, I'd say she knows exactly what she's doing.
