Duplicate: "Do not flag duplicates for deletion if your only reason is that the image is a duplicate."
Not sure who's come out of the woodwork to flag every post as a duplicate, but they really ought to find a reason that's actually valid when it does apply.
Don't know if the image itself can stand on its own (don't really care for that matter) but I do know for a fact that using "duplicate" isn't a valid reason for flagging. Says so in the wiki for duplicate.
