Fluttershy from My Little Pony - Friendship is Magic, dressed as Satori Komeiji from the Touhou Project.

At first I was going to name this after something related to "The Stare", but unfortunately I couldn't think of anything good enough. I think I should also draw Fluttershy more often. For every pic featuring Fluttershy, there's two pictures featuring Twilight.

Anyways, like usual, this was drawn with water soluble color pencils, and finished with white gel pen.
