    In panel 2... does that say 亀の玉? Turtle balls?
    I'm not sure what that's supposed to be, so I'm not sure how to translate it...

    Google image search for 亀の玉 turns up mostly pictures of pearls shaped like turtles, so that's probably not relevant since this appears to be some kind of "All natural supplement."
