I wonder if the stocks on the "Colette's" 1911 are dimensionally correct for a real 1911? They'd look kinda cool, while the M'QB' ones might be a bit much...

Yes you could buy a real one. But the real problem lies with finding the gun. M1911s are really rare these days and rarely show up at gun events too...

You can get a Rock Island Armory 1911 for $400 IIRC, but I heard bad things about those

I have a Rock Island 1911. There's too much hype on them. They function, but they aren't pretty nor are they that accurate.
