He's Forrest Law. He is Marshall Law's 25 (or 27) year old son. In Tekken 3, despite Marshall's request Forrest sneaked into the tournament.
Then... karma bit him on the ass. He was in a traffic accident while riding Paul's bike. His medical bills are through the roof (which is half of Marshall's financial nightmare).
