I don't know if this makes sense in context or not, but Tani Takeshi's 4koma are perhaps the single most incomprehensible things to pop up in the comments section and see out of context...

It almost looks like some sort of parody of an incomprehensible foreign thing.

It's an "evolved" Kimeemaru, known also as Chimeeramaru.
