This is of awfully low quality! And the eagle on the right of her chest indicates her to be a LUFTWAFFE(German Air Force) officer. She should be in a plane, with the Fallschrim Jagers (Paratroopers), or manning the AA guns rather than being in a tank. Her headset makes this look like a crossover with a Luftwaffe and an SS Panzer(SS tank crew) uniform. And not to mention that her chin is awfully drawn (what's with that shadow!?).
