Hmm... I don't think you are correct on the top. The way I read it at least, Remiu has the top right bubble poking fun at him showing his shopkeeper side, the middle bubble is her offering him tea, and the top left is him accepting it. He uses boku there because, well, why wouldn't he? None of them are the other girls, it's just showing them leaving as a backdrop to the conversation going on. Meanwhile, our happy little band do not speak until the final panel.

this is definitely rinnosuke's line and not wriggle, as he's drinking tea, and just talked about tea, hence the "boku". what is more, it makes no real sense for any of the three girls to be saying "good work today" as they're not even done for today and are only starting the day by practicing with the bass.

a last reason is that wriggle is using "watashi" throughout the doujin.
