That's the beauty of art, though. Nobody's actually dying. :) Not like the poor girl ever meant to hurt anybody.
Thinking about it hard enough makes me realize if she's become that frigging big, she'd probably leave the atmosphere if she stood straight up. Not to mention even if she didn't, the oxygen is so thin up there, she'd probably pass out.
Thankfully, it's art, so she can just be a gigantic mega-hottie that's lost all her clothes.
