Bad excuse for a flag... but I do find this to be of questionable quality.

If this stays I think it deserves to be put into Nightmare Fuel.

Ugh. That appeal is just as bad as the flag. A terrible flag is no reason to put a frivolous appeal, especially if the image is of questionable quality.

These appeals/reports are like horrible arguments, where it's assumed that if someone can't argue well enough, their equally horrible counter-argument will win.
