Chapter 16.5 was a self-published erotica story written by the author that covered Kirito and Asuna getting intimate with each other (the author himself eventually removed it from his own site that he had it hosted apparently). There was a translation of it on Baka-Tsuki, though apparently the people over there had a big argument over it and the outcome was they deleted the translation page for the story.
