Different artist was inspired by Drawfag's 4koma and decided to make his own. There are others but they are not that good. Translating as I type this comment.

The dialogue in first four panels is sort of redundant. Main joke is that wiever thinks Shihuza is participating stand-up comedy show.

Then it turns out she was attending support group for socially challanged. And support group laughs their asses off when she tells about her life.
