Foreground: General Dynamics F-16A Block 5 Netz, serial 107 (American FMS serial 78-0311) of 116 Squadron, Israeli Air Force. 107, the top-scoring F-16 in the IAF, is credited with 6.5 air-to-air victories and took part in Operation Opera. The 4 victories I was able to turn up after a quick search were 2 over MiG-23BNs, 1 over an Su-22M2K, and 1 over an SA 342M Gazelle, all Syrian during the 1982 Lebanon War.

116 Squadron is based at Air Force Base 28 Nevatim near Be'er Sheva. I can't match up the skyline with any photographs I've found, but if this is a depiction of Nevatim, the lights in the background would probably be from the town of Arara Ba-Negev to the south.

The background F-16 does not exist (there is no F-16 serialed 106 in the IAF), but it also wears the tail insignia of 116 Sqn.
