Born in Paris. Her grandmother was a witch who fought in the First Neuroi War.
Since her accomplishments and career history are similar to those of Major Ulrike F. von Richthofen's in many ways, people often say that the west is Nungesser's and the east is Richthofen's, and she's often considered to be struggling for recognition in their rivalry. They're often seen as rivals, but they consider each other close friends. Perhaps because she was influenced by the sword-swinging Richthofen, her main weapon is not a gun, but a lance, and she has defeated over 20 enemies with one by taking advantage of the Mirage's speed. Thanks to these striking and unique traits, she's known as the Blue Knight.
She's seen as an incredibly elegant person, but considers herself no more than a young lady at a difficult age. Has a terrible complex about her chest, and is secretly known as "The Napoleon of Tits" among the other witches.
