That's Dai's skirt pattern (or lack of a pattern), Cirno has white triangles along the edge.

Pumpkin Lady doesn't have legs, while Perfect Pumpkin Lady has them..........is this a Zeong/Perfect Zeong reference or am I just reading too much into it?
