Fanart of Flandre Scarlet from the Touhou Project.

Flandre has always been one of my favorite characters in the series. A vampire with the power over chaos and mass destruction, she serves as the Extra Stage boss of the sixth Touhou game, Embodiment of Scarlet Devil (EoSD for short). With that said, she makes for a very tough opponent, and blindly attacking her is probably the worst you can do against her.

Now take that idea...and TURN IT UP TO ELEVEN. Yep. Turn it up to Phantasm level, and you got twice the chaos. Yes, a Phantasm Flandre. Or should I say...FLANTASM!
