Well, this one has breasts, so it's obviously female. I think the argument they're talking about is more along the lines of "It's not human, which makes it disgusting". Although the "hint" there is that a meteorite hit where kyurem later appeared. Maybe it wasn't an actual meteorite, but kyurem being thrown away and impacting after the original dragon divided itself.
