I saw that a translation of this doujin came out. Although the translator mistook suwako for a guy somehow. I don't know how since if you can understand Japanese good you would know suwako is a futa in this. That mix up made a couple parts in the translation wrong. I hope someone fixes it or does another translation since suwako is obviously not a guy in this.

I think that was the point. Midway through Suwako says she's really a boy (hence the GAR-looking Suwako on the cover).
