She's a character in the second light novel. Thus far the anime is mostly original content so it's likely she'll never appear in it.

Satone Shichimiya (七宮智音): Yuuta's middle school classmate. Apparently, she was the only one to understand him during his chuunibyou phase.

Wiki says the light novel is only two books long so far, KyoAni must be adding their own special padding to fill it out. Possible they'll introduce Satone at the end of the series to help generate interest in a second season, as if this series wasn't popular enough already for that.

They said they were going for an anime-original ending, though, so Satone is gone.
