For the uninitiated, what does "DAM" mean, and how does it relate to Touhou songs/remixes?

You can't even sing "Marisa Stole the Precious Thing" at a DAM location.

And so, the female vocalist broadcast failed miserably. Kgh—one day...one day...!!

By the way, I lifted the title from a Yamame-san copy-'zine that was being sold at Kōrōmu, just because. For those who have the 'zine, I humbly dispatch this via a gag to make you grin. (´ヮ`)

Reader-added quotes include "Making a cute face won't help you, Kogasa-san", "Where'd the webbing come from?" and "Aramaki Taninof".

The poll (more like a sequence) talks about what comes next:

DAM is a type of karaoke machine. I'm not certain about the limitation, though.

I included a link in that translation note, but from what I can tell, it stands for Daiichi-kosho Music Entertainment (yes, it's an odd acronym in that respect). I'm guessing their karaoke system won't allow you to bring your own music and/or doesn't include non-commercial songs (which all Touhou-based songs are, by definition).

Japanese wiki has large article on "DAM (カラオケ)", but no way I can read all that or trust googletrans.

That clears it up a bit. To be honest, I posted that comment before you made the edit, and I wasn't around to see it afterwards.

Kogasa-san's face in panel 2 is just too adorable! Didn't save her from Sanaelation, though. And, for an added bonus, Kogasa-san got Yamamed. Use the powers that got you there to break free, Kogasa-san!

For the poll, well, let's hope the list stops before it gets to the last two.
