wh... what is this? Didn't see anything like this in the manga yet.

Just people getting ahead of themselves. Things like calling her a psycho, a crazy-pants, a vicious killer. That who she's been up til now was all a lie.

I hope that when she does fight, it'll be the most beautiful of displays and not a betrayal of her character.

For those who were wondering, here's a quick note on what happened:
Unohana is revealed to be the first "Kenpachi", and her full name is actually Yachiru Unohana.
As for the picture, it's just as what Steak says.

That one may be more wishful thinking... but if we replace Aizen there with Zaraki, it makes more sense.

This (plus the implication that she is an absurdly skilled fighter) would also make her the direct opposite of Zaraki, which would be pretty neat.

"Looking up to her" might not be what's going on here.

his hair is not black, so it's not zaraki

If by beautiful you mean, blood soaked, swordplay displays trickery and violence then yes.
