    It's Seiga (aka: perhaps the only touhou where it's ok to always assume the worst), so don't hold your breath.

    This, that and that bag is likely filled with stolen goods (as per her PMiSS article). She is the only touhou character to quite certainly go beyond mere sociopath-ness into outright evil.

    You mean Symposium of Post-Mysticism, right? Anyway, "It would be a thief's buffet. The fact that she's not interested in material things may be the only thing saving us." - so who's better: Seiga, who knows no obstacles but isn't interested in theft, or Marisa, who may be stopped/deterred, but is willing to take anything that catches her fancy?
