    osa-marisa and osa-cirno have been shown as being able to fly (though marisa was cause of voodoo), im going to assume that all osa can fly, it's just that most don't know how to, so here it's showing an osa-yukkuri's logic.
    "having wings means I can fly"

    either that or the wings do allow them to fly and its running off of bumblebee logic.

    Refers to the fact that, in terms of pure aerodynamics, Bumblebees should not be able to fly, yet they obviously enough do. I.E. observational proof trumps theoretical doubt. Or something along those lines.
