Well, part of the time. She only seems to drop by once in a while going by the Wild and Horned Hermit manga, which seems pretty up to date.
I presume she spends the rest of her time in Heaven with Tenshi, back in Hell to hang with Yuugi, or floating around Gensokyo being generally oni-like.
