Forever Anchovy T^T

Poor anchovy... I so hope she gets to shine in an OVA... She's just begging for a few minutes of screentime at least!

I still don't know why they wanted to skip the Italian battle... the Manga covers that. Odd.

Time I guess. The Saunders and Anzio matches are both lower in the tournamnet brackets. The anime shows one, the manga shows the other. The Saunders fight gets about as much page time as the Anzio fight gets screen time.

That and so far the Saunder's fight is more interesting while the Anzio fight looks like a potental cakewake. Only one of the Anzio tanks it viewed as a real threat while the each of Saunders' tanks could take out of Miho's companions even without the Sherman Firefly. (In prespective, it looks like they manage to wipe out nearly every one of Anzio's ten tanks and tankettes (the little things that even the crappy Japanese Type 89 can take out)losing maybe one or two tanks out of carelessnes while they only managed to take out two of Saunder's tanks the entire battle for a loss of three of their own).

The manga Anzio fight does showcase Yukari acting as a tank commander of the Char B1 bis prior to the Morals Squad joining the team.

Poor Anchovy.

Not necessary. Sometimes studios/artist treat badly characters/groups they actually are fans of. Tsundere?? Not saying they hate them, just saying if they did like them they aren't showing it.

You mentioned Pravda, not Anzio. And we can all agree everyone loves the Russians.

The Anzio OVA actually reveals that Anchovy and the others did come to cheer on Miho, but arrived too early, partied themselves to sleep and missed the entire match.
