I can get the gist of most of it and the meaning was clear but god, the Kanjis at the treatment room were too much for me.

Apparently, the lucky salesman that keeps getting orders from the crazy in-love cyborg has a secret admirer, himself. (But being female, she won't have cyborg implants and kill other women that get too close... pity.)

Don't ssuppose we could maybe get a translation for this one?
